A pool service technician takes care of their clients’ pools. It’s their job to test the water’s pH levels and verify that it’s safe for continued use. Pool service technicians also add chemicals to pool water, repair cracks, and leaks, and answer the questions that their clients have about pool maintenance.

We’re looking for a skilled pool service technician to add to our staff. In this position, it will be your job to ensure that our clients’ pools are safe for continued use. The main way that you’ll do that is by testing the pH levels of pool water and adding various chemicals as necessary. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the structural integrity of the pools that you work on. If there is a crack or leak in the pool, then you will need to fix it. That could involve draining the pool, which is another task that you’ll be responsible for when it’s needed.

As a pool service technician, you’ll be working directly with our valued clients. It’s important that you act professionally, answer their pool maintenance questions thoroughly, and provide them with a high level of customer service. So previous experience in a customer-focused role is preferred.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Professionalism and strong customer service skills
• Familiarity with common pool maintenance products and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
